This would be the last action until 2020. The group would see succsess until June when CaptainDrop_Real took a break from the game leading to the group raiding less and less as they had no active leader. The group was then couped by CaptainDrop_Real using his alt which was still in the groups owner role to put himself back in charge. Following this DrF left the group and passed on the leadership jokingly to short time Tradelands youtuber and incative account BlueBuzzGamesGamer. DrF then turned around and attempted to board the ship, he was killed and the other member swam away as the Recruits ship sunk. One member jumped of the cannon and fell in the water due to the games buggy mechanics at the time with DrF leaving him in the water. DrF_ONTHECOMPUTER attempted to steer the ship away from the battle whilst the other members shot from the cannons. This battle would be the first fight that the group engaged in between another faction.
At one point a battle broke out between CaptainDrop_Real who was solo raiding at the time and DrF_ONTHECOMPUTER who was raiding with 2 other members. The Blackwind Recruits began to use the Whitecrest faction for a brief time under DrF_ONTHECOMPUTER from late February to early April 2019. The group raided on a Dart and eventually DRf_ONTHECOMPUTER made the decision to switch to trading. DrF_ONTHECOMPUTER proved to be inactive and lead the group into 1 single raid which was a disaster, All of the ships in the fleet were decommisioned as he viewed CaptainDrop_Real as a traitor. CaptainDrop_Real went on to become a midshipman in XZER Clan, A boatswain in the Trinity and also a HR in the short lived Penguin Privateers ran by youtuber Mighty Penguin. In January of 2019 CaptainDrop_Real resigned as Admiral of the Blackwind Recruits leading to DrF_Real now using his new account DrF_ONTHECOMPUTER to lead the group.
In the middle of May CaptainDrop_Real lost his roblox account and did not recover it until 2019, leading to him running the group from his alt CaptainDrop50, Using this account he made what would be the final group shout "group isnt doing too good right now guys" In June they gained more members but the growth didnt last and they would hit a long and hard slump until 2019.
This ended and entered a new period of inactivity by most members other than 2 of the Captains and CaptainDrop himself. The group went inactive until February 4th when CaptainDrop_Real announced a return to activity which lasted around 3 weeks, a time of success for the group with raids being increasingly more profitable. The reform was revoked a day later following a vote amongst the Captains with DrF_Real being the tie breaking vote in favour of reforming back to the Blackwind Recruits.įollowing a break in activity over the Christmas period the group began recruiting new members, The group hit a roadblock in the middle of January 2018 as many members became angry at the lack of development in the group this lead to a mass pinging in the discord server from the few remaining active members of the group which resulted in the deletion of the first discord server. For the rest of 2017 the group fell into insignificance but they continued to gain members but had little success raiding until on December 10th 2017 they tried to reform into the Blackwind Trading Organisation. The group had wanted to represent Blackwind as a trading organisation which had caught the attention of a high ranking navy official in Whitecrest, the King disagreed which lead to the battle of Whitecrest. The group gained minor traction and at one point was engaged in a dispute with the King of Whitecrest at the time 99504man which resulted in the group being locked in Whitecrest fort and having their flagship at the time sunk. The group are best known for their 15 minutes of fame in September 20217 in which they had a fight with the King of Whitecrest and also there history of consistent infighting that includes 3 insider coups. Despite this they remain one of the oldest continually active groups in Tradelands. The Blackwind Recruits are a relatvively small unofficial faction that are part of the wider Blackwind Recruits faction, They were founded on the 12th of August 2017 by CaptainDrop_Real and reached their peak in September of the same year, Seeing little success there after.
